I have seen some really heart wrenching stories, but nothing hit my core as this. And, seemingly, half of the world feels the same.

In one of the quickest spreading stories, #bringbackourgirls, has made its way everywhere. Facebook, Twitter, The White House even.

THE STORY

One the night of April 15th, while Northern Nigerians slept, evil crept it’s way into their lives. A convoy of trucks, buses and vans showed up at Chibok Government Girls Secondary School with heavily armed terrorists (Muslim group Boko Haram) and stole innocence. They arrived at the girls’ boarding school, where the girls slept in their dorms. They set the school ablaze and herded over 200 petrified little girls (ages 15-18) like cattle into their convoy of trucks, buses and vans and vanished into thin air.
